The Saudi-Swedish Executive Women's Network is a professional network for women in Saudi Arabia and Sweden. We exist to strengthen the commerce and communal ties between the kingdoms of Saudi Arabia and Sweden, with a focus on promoting women in entrepreneurship, board governance, and stakeholder engagement in their respective business communities and in the global market. We achieve our network mission by building direct relationships between individuals.

Saudi-Swedish Executive Women’s Annual Forum

The network hosts an annual forum, which is an exclusive high-level conference with panels and a keynote. The forum will bi-annually alternate between Stockholm and Riyadh.
Additional meetings and events are planned throughout the year with the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and Federation of Saudi Chambers corresponding trade delegations in mind to make the most of the Saudi-Swedish business relationship.

ABB Mentorship Program

The Saudi-Swedish Executive Women's Network (SSEWN) is excited to welcome applications for our Mentorship Program, designed to foster cross-border professional growth and leadership.

🔹 How It Works:
Mid-level career women are matched with senior-level businesswomen in the opposite country.
Saudi participants will be paired with mentors in Sweden, and Swedish participants will be paired with mentors in Saudi Arabia.
Matches are carefully selected by the Network Director, with support from the Saudi-Swedish Joint Business Council, ensuring tailored business and talent development.

🔹 Who Can Apply?
Women from all industries and sectors, looking to grow, connect, and gain international insights.
The program is free-of-charge and open to all women with a direct connection to Sweden or Saudi Arabia and who are interested in developing their careers through international mentorship.
